Role Overview
The Executive - Demand Generation is responsible for driving high-quality lead generation through outbound calling, prospect qualification, and BANT-driven campaigns. The role requires excellent communication skills, strong objection-handling capabilities, and the ability to connect with senior decision-makers such as CFOs, CXOs, Directors, VPs, and GMs.
This position demands a target-oriented individual capable of working under pressure, managing multiple projects, and consistently delivering daily and weekly performance outcomes. Candidates must have prior experience in DGE and hands-on exposure to BANT qualification frameworks.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Outbound Calling
- Make outbound cold calls to senior decision-makers (CFO, CXO, Director, VP, GM, etc.).
- Execute BANT-based qualification (Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline).

We are seeking a Sales Director / Senior Sales Manager with proven success in selling lead generation offerings to enterprise clients. This is a high-impact, entrepreneurial role where you will directly contribute to building Demand Media BPM’s sales engine.
Role Overview
The Manager - Business Development will be responsible for end-to-end sales ownership — from sourcing
and securing appointments with IT enterprises to closing deals. The candidate should bring deep experience in
the lead generation and B2B marketing services landscape while being comfortable acting both as an
individual contributor and team leader.
This role entails building a team of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) from the ground up, mentoring
them, setting targets, and driving accountability. The successful candidate will have strong enterprise hunting
skills, consultative selling acumen, and the ability to confidently pitch and close lead generation solutions to
CXOs, VPs, and senior marketing leaders in IT enterprises. Successful execution of these strategies is required
to achieve your financial targets. The key duties will include hitting annual targets, building relationships, and
understanding customer trends.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the sales plan focused on acquiring medium and large IT enterprise clients.
- Identify, approach, and establish appointments with key decision-makers (Marketing Heads, Demand Gen Leaders, Sales/Partner Leaders, etc.) in target companies.
- Own the complete sales lifecycle: lead sourcing, appointment setting, pitching, proposal development, negotiations, and closure.
- Build and scale a high-performance team of SDRs responsible for outbound appointment generation.
- Establish KPIs and accountability mechanisms for SDRs to ensure consistent appointment-setting performance.
- Coach and mentor the SDR team to develop consultative outreach strategies and nurture client relationships effectively.
- Collaborate with internal teams (delivery, strategy, and client success) to ensure client requirements are fully captured and delivered.
- Craft and maintain a robust sales pipeline and provide accurate forecasts to leadership.

Qualifications & Experience
- 5–10 years of sales experience, with proven success in B2B lead generation, demand generation, or appointment-setting solutions.
- Proven sales executive experience, meeting or exceeding targets.
- Deep familiarity with the IT/tech enterprise market and experience selling to marketing and sales leaders in medium and large organizations.
- Demonstrated ability to own both hunter and closer roles — setting up appointments personally and closing deals.
- Strong track record of building and leading SDR/inside sales teams from scratch.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with C-level executives.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, result-driven environment.
